All right. Sorry for the couple of minute delay. I was getting my slides ready and chatting with — we've got a very special guest with us today. And so I was making sure that she was all set also.
[0:59] Vanessa: All right. So, hi, I'm Vanessa Roberts. Welcome to the Small Business Advantage. Oh no. I failed on my — you know what? Bethany and I were just speaking about AI and it really let me down right here. My agenda is garbledy goop. So basically we'll hop right to — I want you to all officially — I know she's been on a couple of calls before, but we have an exciting announcement. Bethany Knowles, our new head of operations for all of Allutional. So my focus is now shifted to purely supporting agents, you guys in the Small Business Advantage, taking care of these calls, training on the updates, etc., that come from Bethany to me to share with you — Allutional, like the compliance stuff we went over, training on that, marketing materials, helping with email campaigns and getting you guys running. But she is going to go through today — she's going to cover all of the frequently asked questions and/or challenges that agents have run across while managing their lead capture URLs, right, onboarding their customers, onboarding themselves as their own first customer, etc., etc. So she's going to provide a presentation on that FAQ, and then we're going to have an open Q&A. So if anything that's not covered by Bethany, she is here to answer all your questions. So, Bethany?

[2:37] Vanessa: All right, I'm gonna let her take it away, but I am here. Bethany, if you need me or if any of the agents have any questions, I'm watching.
📌 Wins and Shoutouts — Randy's Associations and a ChatGPT Lead
[2:49] Bethany: All right. So I wanna start off though with a big win that we've had. And I think — if I saw that he is with us today — and so Randy has brought on two associations in as many months. And we're kind of moving through that. It's going really well. So I wanted to kind of give that little shout out to Randy and say congrats. Good job. Randy has been working very, very hard in communicating with myself and Tim and the association. And we finally got the association to move forward and send out their email blast to all of their members today. That's huge. And we've already seen a lead come in for that. So that's fantastic.
[3:40] I also wanted to give another shout out. I don't see if Scott's here today, but if he is, I wanted to give him a shout out as well, because we had a new fun way that we had a lead come in. We had a lead come in from ChatGPT, and I was totally confused when I was like — she said that she found our information on ChatGPT, and I was like, okay, that's really interesting to know that's possible. I don't know if anyone else is working on that. If you are, I'd love your feedback on if you're working on your SEO to make sure that you appear there. That'd be great information to have, but super exciting to see the different ways that we're having things coming in and continuing to scale.
[4:21] Vanessa: Yeah, Bethany, we shared a marketing plan with all of the agents, which was how to get yourself recognized when people ask ChatGPT — an answer engine rather than a search engine — because folks are going more to ChatGPT and AIs rather than Google. So we have a training on that. So if other folks are interested in getting themselves ranked through inquiries on AIs and ChatGPT, etc., send a ticket to me at GetSupport.biz and I can get you that training, because Scott is our case in proof. It worked. Amazing.
[4:56] Bethany: Yeah, I didn't know that we had that. And so that's even better to know that it's already there for you guys. And I highly recommend it because like I said, clearly it's working. And it was just one lead right now, but she's looking at possibly bringing on all of her employees. So we're looking at a possibility of 25 leads from just him appearing on ChatGPT, which is pretty awesome.
