[0:00] Welcome to the Small Business Advantage agent training call. We are so glad you're here. Today is the first of our new regiments for training. The first Thursday of every month, we're going to have interactive sales training, either with curriculum on a deep dive and some role play. And our very special guest — official Allusional superwoman — Bethany is here today with us. She is actually going to guide an interactive role play sales training with you today because I have fallen under the weather. I have a sinus infection and funny enough, I have a telehealth appointment that I'm going to log into in the next few minutes. So Bethany is going to take fantastic care of you. I will be back as soon as possible. I just have to get a quick prescription.
[1:00] Aren't we also — the ability to just log in with this is, you know, boots on the ground, very excited about it. I am a little delirious, so sorry if I —
[1:12] Bethany: Who are you using for your telehealth appointment?
[1:17] Vanessa: Allusional.
[1:18] Bethany: No way.
[1:21] Vanessa: I'm not only the — I'm not only the hair club for men president, I'm also a member. It's true, it's true. Um, all right, so Bethany, thank you so much for running the show today while I go take care of my health. If you need me, text me while I'm on this appointment — they ask you not to multitask, but I won't leave you hanging — and I will be back with you as soon as possible. So everybody in the chat — Bethany actually has discovered a way where she can chat with you verbally, not just through the chat. So I'll let her take it from here and we're gonna have a really great session. So thank you everybody and thank you Bethany.
📌 Website Redesign Announcement and June Discount Update
[2:00] Bethany: Hey everybody. So yeah, I did think that given Vanessa is gonna be out, she's not feeling well, we might try something a little different today, see how you guys like it. Like she said, I did find a way to unmute everyone. So I'm gonna do that here in just a minute where we're gonna kind of open it up to a — I always hate the term role play — but a type of training where when I ask you guys questions, you can give me back your feedback on what's happening in the field, live objections, benefit education, and then we'll kind of go over some marketing and outreach ideas, and then get your feedback on some things that you guys are experiencing, things you're hearing, and I'm gonna end it with a monthly challenge that I'm leaving you guys with.
[2:52] So to start off though, I do wanna make the announcement. It is Vanessa's screen, so you guys will take the time whenever you get a chance to check this out for yourself. All of the referral pages and the Allusional landing page have a whole new design. I think everyone will be happy with the new flow and the new layout. My dev team and I have worked very hard over the past week to get that launched and it was launched yesterday. So again, if you haven't had a chance to take a look at it, highly recommend it. If you have any feedback, I'm always open to hear that as well, but wanted to let you guys know.
[3:30] In addition, when you go to the new webpage, you are gonna see the discount code. There's a little promo badge on the page and a marquee header at the top that announces this as well. It lets everyone know that comes to your referral page that there is $10 off for the month of June. So when — and it's very specific, there should not be any confusion — it does state that it's just for the first month. And that way when you guys are talking to people and you tell them, your page will now reflect that. I know there's been a little bit of confusion from some people who have seen this. You will not see the discount code until you go to number two on the onboarding form. That's where the customer will enter their payment information. And while it does say “discount code,” it is auto-filled for them. They do not have to do anything else. They just fill out their information and sign up like normal, and it takes off that $10 for the first month for them automatically.
📌 Open Q&A — Field Objections, Agent Activity Dashboard, and Outreach Methods
[4:39] Bethany: So now that we've made the initial announcements, I have some questions that I wanna present to you. And this is where I'm gonna open up your mics to where you can unmute and kind of give me some feedback on — what kind of conversations are you having? What objections are you hearing? What's getting positive reactions and what's confusing prospects? And I can repeat these questions as needed too. But we'll start with — what conversations are you having? And now everyone should be unmuted. Not everybody at once.
[5:46] All right, and let's see. I got some chats. Yes, so Phyllis, I know you're only seeing the SBA Facebook page — unfortunately, like I was saying, Vanessa is sharing her screen, and since she did have to step away for her telehealth, I can't share the page with you, but you can definitely look at it on your own. And yes, the discount is a one-time $10 off for the month of June. And then the dashboard page that shows our referral agent activity — Mark, that is a great question. I have not been privy to that in the past, that that was something that was coming out. I will get with the dev team and Sherry and figure out what that looks like. And again, you guys are unmuted now. So if you have any questions, feel free to hop on and start chatting.
[6:56] Okay yeah. So Mark, I apologize. I don't actually go to the SBA page. So from an Allusional side and, of course, me kind of jumping into a new role of taking over the operations here and the transition, I just wasn't aware of it. So I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. All right, guys. Well, I am monitoring the chat as well. But like I said, if anybody wants to hop on and tell me — what kind of conversations do you have? What objections are you hearing? What's getting positive reactions? What's confusing to prospects?
[7:43] Y'all just gonna all leave me out here in the cold? Okay. If we're not wanting to have that part of the conversation, we can keep it moving and I'm happy to come back to it as well if someone decides they want to jump on and ask some more. Understood, Mark. Yeah, I apologize that you guys have been waiting on that. I've taken a note of it and I will get it over to my team. I'll actually send that to them when we get off the call and find out — hopefully in the next 24 hours I should have you an answer on a timeframe or something along those lines. But I will get back to you within 24 hours.
[8:19] All right, so I guess a lot of the things that I'm wanting to kind of go over here and follow up on — so help a girl out. Let's go back and forth. I'd love to hear what's stopping people from enrolling and then kind of get some of your objections and discuss that. Or we can just move on and we can go over benefits education.
[9:01] Okay, so Phyllis said this might work better if you put out the question of top objections before the meeting and then have a sales pro use our time together to role play on those objections. Phyllis has a great recommendation. Unfortunately, this was kind of a last-minute thing that I've kind of thrown together because Vanessa was not feeling well. So I apologize for not providing it beforehand. This was something last minute. We want to make sure that you guys get value out of these calls. And so we worked together quickly to try to get something compiled, like an agenda. And I just did not have an opportunity to get it to you guys in the last 30 minutes. So, but that is a good recommendation. I don't disagree with you on that. But for right now, if we can just continue to try to move along.
📌 Benefit Positioning — How to Lead with the Full Package, Not Just Telehealth
[9:46] Bethany: Wanna make sure that everyone knows about what it is that we offer. I've had quite a few conversations with agents and it seems that maybe there is still a little bit of miscommunication out there for what exactly Allusional offers, what our benefits cover, the legalities of whatever — the details of what each thing covers — and just kind of want to get some feedback from you guys on if you're hearing that as well.
[10:32] So going over, bear with me while I switch my screen — going over the benefits here of everything that is offered, and there is a lot more explanation now on our webpage as well. Like I said, when you guys go to the new Allusional landing page, you will see a dropdown that covers everything and it also links you to a disclosures page that gives those details that I think there's been some confusion on in the past. For instance, I know I've been asked — was it for six members that were covered for telehealth? And so we did get that updated and got that answer on there for you guys.
[12:05] And then I would like to know — how is everyone reaching out to prospects? I mean, are you doing emails? Are you going to events? Are you using referral opportunities? Are you posting on social media? Are you just doing plain lead gen? How are you doing outreach?
[12:27] All right. And Guy said, since we can't lead with telehealth per provider request, maybe some scripting ideas for how to best approach businesses or what feature to lead with. So guys, to answer that question, and so everyone else knows as well — it's not that telehealth specifically is the problem. The problem is leading with one of our benefits. We don't want to sell ourselves short on the entire benefits package. One big thing to consider when you are approaching someone is — if you lead with telehealth or the prescriptions and things like that, you're leading with the benefits that only apply when something goes wrong. So we want to make sure that we're kind of refocusing on the things that can be used every day, that can be helpful. I mean, even the cell phone protection — that's great when something goes wrong, but like private Wi-Fi and VPN, that can be used every day. The cyber monitoring, that is good to keep you from getting to a point where things are bad. The data breach solution, same idea. But then you've got the Insta Deals and the shopping rewards. And I know we've talked about this previously on a call — those can be huge selling points. It's already included in your overall but the shopping rewards and the Insta Deals can be used every day. And there's a benefit they can see from that, not just a “why would I pay for telehealth if I don't go to the doctor? So I don't need that.”
[14:06] Health discounts — well, I'm not on any prescriptions and I don't feel the need to go anywhere for that. Same thing with AD&D insurance — well, that's only if something happens. So I would kind of, if you are looking to focus more in one direction — explaining that we have benefits that help you every day and benefits that protect you when something goes wrong. Kind of that style of terminology of explaining “we're not just here when things fall apart. We can provide you these benefits that help on a regular basis.” And some of the monitoring, of course, is a daily thing to protect you from getting to that bad point.
[14:46] And then, so let's see. So yes, but as you guys have seen the telehealth thing — it became a huge ordeal from our partner, but it's not because it was the telehealth specifically. Like if we had led with just legal services, if it was like “Allusional Legal,” they would have felt the same way. We just want to make sure that we are presenting it as an entire business package. Our new page — I've kind of rebranded and it says “the Allusional Advantage.” That's something that you guys are welcome to use as well if you feel that it works for your marketing style. I'd love to know how it does in the field as well because right now all I have is just the website.
[15:30] Donald said — email and cold call and networking, great. Try to contact first for intro then follow up with the email. Understood, great. And then Guy — that's helpful. I'm so glad that's helpful. I think that falls to us, like our responsibility to communicate to you guys and make sure that you understand the reasoning, that no one's ever just trying to be difficult and be like “no, you can't do it that way.” There's a reason behind the thought process.
[16:23] Alfred — correct, there is no longer a video for our affiliate page. Right now we're trying out something different. The video has been kind of an ongoing friction point. We have seen it — it didn't really — trying to create a video, everyone these days can kind of tell what's AI, and trying to create a real video of course involves actors and all that stuff. And I don't know about you guys, maybe one of you on here has some acting experience. I personally do not. So we just decided to remove that for now and keep it as simple as possible. We will continue to improve the website, and provided any feedback that we get, we will continue to make changes.
[17:00] That was Donald and then Jared says — so the opt-in form at the top is something that we did discuss. If you are on the top of the page and you hit “enroll,” it will take you straight to that. Then the “what's included” section where the opt-in form currently is on the landing page. Like I said, we're going to try this out, see how it works. We wanted to provide all the details before anyone hit the sign-up button, because we've heard — or I've heard — from some people that it seems scammy, because when you first went to the page the very first thing you saw was the onboarding form and it was asking for your payment information. A lot of people did feel that our page was very scammy. That was something specifically that was mentioned — you go to the page and bam, in your face is the onboarding form and you fill out the information and it asks you for payment information. And people were like, oh, that doesn't seem right, it doesn't have a good flow.
[18:14] Why did we remove the webinar video, Steve? I'm sorry, are you referring to the web page video? And then Phyllis, you're asking about the four-minute video. If everyone's asking about the same video — that is the one that was on the landing page. As I was explaining, yes, we did remove that one. Steve, I don't know of any video that had Brian in it. That may have been before my time. But I don't know of any video that has had Brian — that maybe he did a video webinar replay. Was that on our webpage?
[19:02] Okay, so Steve — I've never seen the webinar replay be on our Allusional landing page. And to be fair, it wouldn't make sense — because from someone coming to the Allusional landing page, we really wouldn't want to show them a webinar replay. But to summarize, yes, we have removed the video from the website at this time. Again, I'm open to us making changes in the future, but given the feedback that I've been provided by people I've talked to, the hundreds of conversations that I've had over the past couple of months, we did work together with our dev team and the marketing team to kind of revamp the website and do what we felt was best based off of the feedback we've been provided.
[19:57] Any more questions? It looks like we're caught up on questions for right now. So I'll give you guys a second to plug anything else in that you may want to ask me about that as well. And if not, then we will keep it moving along.
[20:19] So the next thing — maybe a Vanessa question. But where do the docs and AI-generated email info go that she's created on the calls? I think we worked on email for associations to send out to members. So I believe, Guy, that you're referring to last week's call and Vanessa did have a slideshow that she provided. To my knowledge, that should be in your SBA member portal. I'm pretty sure she got that in there last week, but we can definitely check with her as well.
[21:06] He says that one of his team's biggest challenges is that everything is always changing, as if the program is not truly ready for prime time. With people being busy, they believe it's very important to have a quick video to set the stage for real sales conversations. I'm trying to understand — so you're thinking from a lead perspective, you think that the leads are too busy, that they need a video? Is that the understanding?
[21:46] Okay, so Guy — yeah, from my knowledge, I think Vanessa, and she can jump back on here in a minute when she gets out of her telehealth — but to my knowledge, she always updates all of the things that she provides on the calls. She does upload those to your SBA account. But as you said, that is more of a question for her for sure.
[22:08] And yes, Jared, so yeah, when you hit “get started now,” it does take you straight to the opt-in form. And also when you hit “enroll” at the top, it takes you straight there. And on the little top right-hand part that has “what's included” — it's a very interactive page. And as you guys know, you're not the only ones that have to abide by compliance. So I want to add that it is very difficult for us to get things approved for our pages from our partner as well. So anything you're seeing now has had lots of influence and input from our partner, and that is one of the reasons too that some of the decisions are made the way that they are. It doesn't, unfortunately, it's not just me that makes the decisions. I like to fancy myself Wonder Woman, but nobody else agrees.
[23:04] Let me make sure I'm all caught up. Alfred said — absolutely, okay. So Alfred, going back to what I was just explaining — the video was an issue for them as well. They did not like the video. They haven't liked any of the videos that Vanessa or I or our team has created. So I have not personally heard any feedback from prospects that they have enjoyed the video, that they have paid attention to the video. I haven't heard that. If you're hearing that, I would love to kind of get some more feedback on percentages. What does that look like? How many people are discussing the video? Because while I understand the logic of having a video seems quicker, in order to provide the information that they need to sign up and be fully informed, the video needs to be about eight minutes long. And if Randy is here today, he can actually attest to that well because he's been working on trying to create another video for himself for associations to kind of pass along to some of the presidents in that association, and trying to condense everything down while not missing anything — it kind of just turns into an intro video if it's going to be shorter than eight minutes.
[24:41] Okay and then, so Steve — so as far as in marketing not wanting to emphasize the healthcare and the telehealth — the FAQs on our site are because those are the most common questions we get asked. They just happen to be about telehealth. So it's not intentional — well, it is intentional, but it's not that we're circumventing anything. It is simply because most people ask the questions about the telehealth benefits. A lot of our other benefits are kind of straightforward — there's not as many questions they're going to have about that. So we do have the FAQs based off of what we see from prospects and the questions they ask. And Jared — thank you. So Jared actually is kind of on my side here a little bit. He says that he thinks the video was a distraction and that the new site is super clean, and he appreciates the updates. Thank you, Jared. I appreciate that feedback.
[25:56] And I am, of course, just joking about sides. I mean, all data helps us to improve. So I want you guys to continue to provide us the feedback on what you think is working and what's not. I just want to make sure that we're doing it from a standpoint of data, not just our opinions. Because every change that's been made to the website to this point has been done based on data.
[26:17] All right, I want to make sure I'm not missing anybody or anything that's coming in. And also — if you guys are hearing any consistent questions, I would love to know because that's something I can add to the FAQ section. If it's not already on there, we want to make sure that we get those answered on the page if possible.
📌 Live Call with Guy — Scripting Around Telehealth and Association Outreach
[27:06] Bethany: I think it was cold emailing and I kind of wanted to — oh yeah, email and cold call from Donald. I did want to touch on that a little bit more and find out if anyone else is doing it the same way. And so, I'd love to know from agents — what tools do you need? What marketing materials are you missing? What questions are prospects asking? And just from an Allusional standpoint, how can I support you better?
[30:09] Guy: Bethany, can you hear me?
[30:11] Bethany: Guy? Yes, I can. Finally.
[30:16] Guy: Okay. I wanted to just jump on to make sure to help you see if this works, number one. And number two, I will just tell you that personally I have been focused on some other products that I sell. Admittedly, kind of waiting for the dust to settle on some of this a little bit, as it does change. The materials and like the emails that we have done in the past that are in our Small Business Advantage portal or page — it seems like things are still pretty heavily focused on the telehealth, which is kind of where we started. And so for me, again, because I'm focused on some other products and services right now to businesses, but would love to get this going — I did get our local chamber signed up as an association. And in my small community here, we're about 50,000 people outside of the Twin Cities. Mostly smaller businesses, which this is more geared toward. But I just haven't had the time, honestly, to kind of go back and go “how would I rewrite all of this to not be so telehealth-focused?” And so that was kind of my first question there a little bit. And so from a tools and training perspective, I think it might be helpful to just revisit some of those email threads that we created, and maybe discussions on the weekly training as to just how to best open those conversations or emails with a little less telehealth-focused approach. I'm sure that makes sense.
[32:24] Bethany: That's a great question and great feedback. I really appreciate it. That kind of plays onto what I was discussing previously, which is — and again, you guys, it's not that you can't say telehealth. It is absolutely one of our benefits and you can 100% say it. We just need to make sure — and it's primarily in our marketing, when the email campaigns and the websites and all of that — it cannot be telehealth solely. And that was, I think, the way that it was presented was that everyone was really excited about the telehealth aspect, understandably. But I think kind of like a train that went off the rails, where it was like “okay, well, hold on, let's back up and let's look at everything else that we offer.” Because the truth is, telehealth, while we do have a great program in our benefits package, telehealth is something that you can get somewhere else. What you cannot get somewhere else is what we offer as a whole package — a complete benefits package. All of those kinds of terminology help to resonate with the client and the prospect that we offer so much more than just that.
[33:38] And again, I think it's important to mention again that telehealth is only when something goes wrong. So if someone is completely healthy today, that's not going to be this major selling point. It can absolutely garner interest, but it's not going to be the thing that pushes them over the edge. And again, guys, I'm in the sales part from Allusional as well. I do all of your closing for leads that come in. I also do personal outreach for Allusional itself. And everyone that I talk to — telehealth, if it comes from you guys — once I explain to them everything else that we offer, that does seem to be the tipping point. They were on the fence, not sure. When I explain “here's everything you get,” they're like “oh wow, I didn't realize all of that's included.” Last week I was able to sign up three people from a company. She came in, she wanted to sign up her three employees, and those three — she put in the lead and did not follow through with the enrollment because she felt “I don't know, is this enough value?” Got her on the phone, explained everything, and she signed up on the spot.
[34:51] So I do like I said want to emphasize — you don't have to not mention telehealth. It just doesn't need to be the golden child of what we offer. And so to your point, Guy, we definitely do need to revisit — and I have been working on this with some of you individually and trying to jump on these calls and explain this as best as possible to kind of reframe. And I know that there's been a little bit of friction where people feel like we're constantly changing and I totally understand that frustration. I do. I can only speak to — as you guys know, I'm still only been here three months. So when I came in and I started having a direct partnership with our provider and our dev team and kind of tying all of those things together on the back end that Vanessa was doing on a high level — but as we all know, Vanessa has five million hats that she wears on a daily basis. She couldn't put in the full time that was needed to do this. So when I was able to come in, she was like “hey, let's work together,” and then we kind of transitioned to where I could take this over on a high level to assist you guys a little more — I'm not gonna say better because I know Vanessa does a great job — but a little more time-consumed.
[36:19] Vanessa: Yes, better — no. I'm much better. No — as you said, I have to be very careful because I know everything about Vanessa is amazing. But I do want to make sure that it's understood that she does SBA and then she was doing Allusional and she has all these things that she's handling. She's just one person, you know? Allusional deserved its own head of operations.
[36:45] Bethany: And they got it with Bethany, yeah. And so that's where I don't like to say “change.” I would rather say we are continuing to improve and we're providing better marketing material and things like that based off of the data and the feedback that we're getting.
[37:04] Guy: Sure. So Bethany, I don't wanna speak for the whole group, but I'll speak for myself. I am not frustrated at all. I'm excited about the future and potential of this. I just have my focus elsewhere. I'm here every week for an hour, but I've just had my focus elsewhere just as we work out the bugs and as the dust settles. So I would just say for me personally — when you say that you are, I mean obviously you're talking to clients every day — I would just love to hear or get ideas, or maybe have some scripting ideas created on kind of how you're approaching that as a whole package. Maybe what you're leading with and then kind of how you work that telehealth in — for me personally, that might be helpful. And give me more ideas to reach out to that local chamber who I was just with last night and go “here's how I would kind of frame your emails to your chamber members” and things like that. So I don't want to take up all the time. I just wanted to make sure this mic worked and clarify or answer your question that you've had out there.
[38:22] Bethany: Of course. I greatly appreciate you hopping on and giving me all that feedback and providing me with some perspective on what it is that would help you. I imagine typically you're not going to be the only one in the group that is going to feel that as well. So I will work with Tom and Tim. The three of us will get together — I'm making a note of it now — and try to get you guys some scripts. Because as far as associations, Tim has more conversations with them than I do. So I would love to provide you guys with what he sees as working. And then on the presidential level when we get into associations, once you bring the association, you sign the association agreement, you have full access to me, Tim, and Tom for that association. So we are boots on the ground helping you to make sure that that's a successful partnership. We don't just go “okay great, thanks, you guys figure it out.” We do get heavily involved. We provide you with the email copy and stuff like that. I will draft that up for you on what they need to send out to their members. But I understand you're probably saying you need more of something to send to the associations. So I will get with Tim, we'll come up with something that you guys can have as a script to send to associations.
📌 FAQ Section, Testimonials, and Data-Driven Website Decisions
[40:03] Vanessa: Nessa, when you get a chance, could you look at that? I can't figure out where those Google docs have gone that we've created in the past where you've kind of used AI. I was gonna start there and I can't find those things in the SBA website.
[40:24] Vanessa: There should be a link right under the video replay. Let me check right now, because I hand them over to our support team and they publish the page and I say hey, this is the Google doc that goes along with the video. So if they're not there, I will work with them today.
[40:38] Guy: Could definitely be me too. I could be losing it, which is probably the case. I'll go back and look. So under each video, you're saying there might be a link to that?
[40:44] Vanessa: Yeah, there should be a coordinating — anything we do, a resource that's produced on a live call, should have a link to the resources under the recording of that call.
[40:49] Guy: Should be. Okay, I've taken too much time. I'm going to jump off, but —
[41:01] Bethany: No worries, thank you so much, I appreciate that. Awesome. And so I hope everybody got some value from that. Guy, that was some great questions and some great feedback, I really appreciate it. And so I'm gonna jump back over because we've got some questions that are coming in.
[41:18] So Phyllis says that on one of the calls, the principals stated quite loudly that “be aware that telehealth is the benefit” and that this is sounding different. So Phyllis, to that — I hate to keep saying this, but unfortunately since I was not here, I was not privy to that conversation. I'm not certain who it was that said that, but I will say, again, as it's evolved and as we've gotten feedback, we're going to change and we're going to evolve with what we're hearing from actual prospects and clients and customers. We have to — that's good marketing, right? Is just to continue to evolve based on what we're hearing. And what we were hearing was a lot of “oh, I don't need telehealth, I already have health insurance.” That was another big one. So in that aspect, we lose a deal, right? Because they now think that all we offer is telehealth. Explaining that telehealth is an added benefit — and of course, we all know you can go into the whole “well, just because you have health insurance, telehealth offers” — you know, it has a whole other thing of you don't have to go into an appointment, and yada yada, we can go into great detail about that and handle that objection. But it does already add friction to the conversation where you're starting off the conversation with a no. And of course, we all know in sales, you never wanna do that.
[42:41] So basically to answer your question, Phyllis — that is not the benefit. It is a benefit. So I understand that may have been how it was presented previously, and I do apologize, we are evolving. And so now it is just a benefit. We don't have any specific benefit that we want to push as “the” benefit. The benefit is the package. That really is what it boils down to. The entire package that we offer is the benefit.
[43:13] So I'm gonna move on to the next question. Alita says that this is insightful, thanks for the questions. Awesome, thank you, Alita. And then Brian says that the website looks plainer without the video on it and that the page should have people. So Brian, I appreciate that feedback. Like I said, having to stay in compliance, having to go off of the feedback we've been provided by clients that come in that put in leads but don't follow through, or even looking at the traffic that we were getting on our page that was not converting — those are all the data points that we use to kind of measure what's working and what's not. And so we are going in a different direction right now. I mean, guys, I'm not pigeonholing us into anything specific. If this doesn't work, we are going to continue to change and see what we can do about getting our conversion rates up.
[44:15] And let's see, Phyllis says that she also needs materials to approach associations. So yes, Phyllis, that's what I was just discussing with Guy. I will get with Tim and Tom and we will work together to provide you guys some material or at least some scripts. We do prefer that you kind of come from your own style, because again, once you bring them as the agent you are still heavily involved with communication. You are the point of contact. So we don't want it to be like “oh, here's how we're presenting it from Phyllis” and then Phyllis gets on a call and you have a completely different style of approach. So we can definitely provide you with stuff but I do recommend putting your own special touch on it. And then materials to sign up small businesses that are association members — for that, that goes back to what I was saying. Once you bring on the association, our team here at Allusional will provide all of that to the association. Because the fun of the way it works on that is you sign up the association, we all meet with them, the association reaches out to their members, announces who we are, that they have partnered with us, or however they want to word it — totally up to them. They just do the introduction and the handoff for that continuity. And then we will provide the association with the materials to get to the small businesses to drive that traffic to the page.
[45:50] Moving on, and Jared is asking about the benefits comparison page. Okay, so yes, we did — that has not been completed yet, Jared. That page had very little traction, so it was not a top priority for us with changing it up. The benefits comparison is something we will work on getting back up, but for right now with the transition from the previous host to the new host that we are using now, we have not made that transition, but it is on my list.
[46:31] Donald has a techie question about the mic. Any feedback to a real non-techie on how to make this mic work on the call. So Donald, I think that's above my pay grade. I'm struggling over here like the rest of us. Guy, if you want to drop in the chat how you got it to work, I will absolutely pass that on to Donald. And then, and yes guys, we are making data-driven decisions and not based on opinions and preferences. So I appreciate that you guys are seeing that and understanding where we're coming from on that.
[47:11] Phyllis says, “Bethany, I'm happy you're here.” And this sounds like good info. She says to please understand the frustration as she's getting ready to launch her marketing prospecting calls. I do, 100% Phyllis, understand your frustration. And anyone else who is feeling the same as Phyllis — I get it. I do. And I respect how you guys feel, which is why I want to come on and try to provide as much value as I can to you guys. I don't want to just sit here and waste your time. I also don't want you guys to feel like we're making unilateral decisions. While lots of changes have happened, like I said, we've had a change in regime, we've had a change in how we're processing data on our side. I do come from a marketing, sales, and data background of operations. So combining all of my skill set to try to make Allusional as successful as possible — we've obviously had some success, but we want to scale, we want everyone to succeed. So keeping that in mind, that is why we are making the decisions we're making right now.
[48:17] Jared — thank you, thank you. Brian said — looking under the HealthSense section, shopping rewards are shown first, Insta Deals second — those are not the appealing benefits of the package, telehealth really is. So Brian, I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree. Like I said, what we're hearing on a day-to-day basis is not that telehealth is the main priority. Because again, that is only a benefit that can be used when there is a problem. Shopping rewards and Insta Deals are something that they can use every day to benefit from.
[48:58] And of course, telehealth is still on there and it is not being cut out by any means. It's just, we are reframing based off of, like I said, data-driven decisions.
[49:04] Vanessa: Yeah, and Deb shared with us that the number one most-utilized benefit that we offer is the legal. And it also has the highest ROI. So what that taught me personally is — whatever, it doesn't really matter what my gut check says is the best. The data shows that what the business owners appreciate and use the most are those legal services.
[49:30] Bethany: Correct. And just to clarify and play off of what Vanessa's saying, the shopping rewards and the Insta Deals were the second. And so that is why — but legal services is not offered in HealthSense. So we did that, we can't put it on the top one. So yeah, like she said, that is directly from our provider who has the data. Because of course for Allusional, we don't have the data of what services they use after they sign up. We just have the data of what's pushing them to sign up. And so working together with that partner who is providing us with the data of what benefits are used most has been helpful in our decision-making process over here as well.
[50:12] Okay, so Guy did say that there's a mic button on the bottom that you can click to unmute. So I think Donald was asking about that and Guy did give instructions. So thank you, Guy, I appreciate it.
[50:34] All right, Guy is providing — Vanessa, that's for you. And then Alita had a question. I think that's gonna be for you as well, Vanessa. Yeah, I'm watching.
[50:44] So Steve — we are not going to be renaming HealthSense. That is the product. It is trademarked. We're not renaming it. And I mean, the truth is that overall, you know, BusinessSense is for the business owner and HealthSense — I mean, it does still have telehealth. It still has the prescription and dental and vision discounts. It's, yeah.
[51:11] And Phyllis — this is a new direction coming from DocTegrity. So again, I want to keep saying we're not trying to change, and it's not necessarily a completely just a whim new direction. We are taking the data that we are being provided from who's using our product and who's signing up for our product and we are adjusting accordingly and continuing to evolve with what we're seeing.
[51:47] And shopping rewards, the second, yes — so the Insta Deals and the shopping rewards, absolutely. And I understand where you're coming from on the telehealth and the mental health options would probably — this is coming from Alita — that that would probably be the most interesting. But I think that the misinformation at the very beginning of the process — everyone trying to understand this whole new product that was being offered, because of course this is something that isn't being done everywhere with everything included in one package, everyone trying to figure out what's the best way to get it and get the word out — everyone assumed the same as Alita, which is “hey, telehealth is going to be this big selling point,” and that's the direction everyone went in. But now that we have had some time and we have had the data collection, and we can process that in a way that makes sense and implement the changes, that's where this is coming from.
[52:36] So I promise I'm not trying to give you guys whiplash. I'm not trying to switch it up on you. In my defense, I have been saying the same thing for three months. Everyone may not have gotten this from me in the past or heard me say it, but I have been saying from the beginning — when I started with, you know, direct communication with our partner and analyzing the data — that I did not think that the telehealth was going to be our number one. And we are seeing that that is true with, again, the data. I keep saying data, but y'all know.
[53:12] Donald did try to unmute the thing. It could be a settings issue where you have to allow your microphone — I had to do that the first time I jumped on here, where you actually had to allow GoToWebinar to access your microphone.
[53:36] So, Alita — yes, I do wanna say, I know a lot of you guys, this is not your only venture and that you're stirring bunches of pots. I totally understand and we know that. And I just wanna make sure that when you are focused on Allusional, that you're focused on the right part of who we are, what we do, what we offer, and that you're making it as successful as possible with the time that you are dedicating to it. No one's expecting you to be over here making 1,000 calls to associations every day or anything. We get it, you've got a life and you've got other ventures that you're exploring. And the long-term goal and amazing opportunity would be if every single one of us could just step out and let this thing run itself. And that is the goal. That's what we want — for it to just take off and us to get this huge brand recognition and validity in the community where everyone is looking at it going “oh, this is the best thing ever.”
[54:40] So Alfred — we're not going to be moving forward with the video at this time. I appreciate your feedback, but as far as a website video, we are not going to be doing that right now. That has been in discussion for a few weeks now with us and our partner and our dev team and our marketing team. And the decision was made that we're just not going to do that right now.
[55:03] Brian — so customer testimonials on the home page. So actually, that is a great point. And that is something that I have already built out, just have not launched yet. Because we do need to get actual positive feedback. We don't want to lie, right? We don't wanna put things on there that aren't honest. We wanna make sure that we have actual true testimonials. So if any of you have the BusinessSense or product and you wanna provide a testimonial, that would be amazing, because I know a lot of you also use the Allusional product. I know Vanessa and Sherry are working on getting me one because they've used the product. And so has Tim and Tom, and I've got a couple of family friends that I've introduced to it — we're working on getting testimonials from them as well. If you guys have any from people that you've introduced to Allusional, please provide those to me. I would really appreciate it.
📌 Closing Remarks — Prescription Win and Next Call Schedule
[56:07] Vanessa: Yeah, I've got to go pick up my prescription for the appointment I had while you guys were on this call. I got my antibiotics prescribed. I've got to go pick them up. How handy is that?
[56:13] Bethany: I'd love to know, because Sheri actually had a prescription that she got filled last month, and she saved $15 more using Allusional than she would have using her insurance.
[56:23] Vanessa: Ooh. Yes. So guys, jumping off — thanks. It was great to have you guys. I appreciate your feedback and your contribution to the conversation. And thank you, Bethany. I know I was a little MIA, but you took amazing care of everybody.
[56:40] Bethany: Thank you. Absolutely. I hope that I'm able to add value to everyone.
[56:42] Vanessa: Absolutely. I appreciate it. All right, everybody — that's about all. Remember — no call next week because we're going to the first and third Thursdays, right?
[56:50] Bethany: Yep, yep. All right, sorry — I think I cut you off. Are we saying — oh I was just saying I think that's about all for me today of what I had to cover. Again, you guys can always reach me at support@Allusional.com if you have any questions that you didn't get answered on this call, or anything that you think of later. Just shoot me an email, happy to get back with you.
[57:23] Vanessa: Thank you so much, Bethany. All right, everybody, have a great day. Have a great rest of your week, and we'll see you in the Facebook group. Thanks, everybody. Bye-bye.
[57:29] Bethany: Thanks, bye.
