[0:01] Oh, and happy Thursday. Welcome, welcome. Let’s give everybody a chance to log in. Let me know — can you hear me? I think it’s okay. Yep, it doesn’t look like I’m muted. Looks like we’ve got our screen showing. If you’ll give me a one in the chat — want to make sure I’m not hollering into the void, as I’ve been known to do. All right, I see Donald, and Guy, and Jared, and Kenneth, and Nikki, and Paulino, and Wendy. Do you guys see me? I’ve got no questions, no chat, which makes me nervous. Can y’all hear me? Hello, hello?
[1:26] All right, can hear and see. Oh, fantastic. Okay, good, good, good. I was getting really nervous. All right, guys. So I have an important update — kind of like a State of the Union for Allusional and Small Business Advantage. So I want to make sure everybody’s here so I can update everybody and then take any questions. I’ve had a couple of conversations with some folks. So some of this information isn’t going to be brand new, but it is a pretty big update. I just wanna make sure everybody’s here.
📌 Major Announcement — Program Transition and What Changes Now
[2:11] Vanessa: Effective immediately, the $197 fee for Small Business Advantage will no longer be charged. Okay, and there’s some reason behind it, but I wanna upfront let you know — first thing we’re gonna do is, everybody on this call, as soon as we’re done, we’re gonna go in, we’re gonna set the monthly to zero. Now, the reason for that is Tom and Tim have bought out Brian’s interest in Allusional. We had a lot of interest with Brian’s community for this course, for this opportunity. We had hundreds and hundreds of agents sign up. What we have found — and I’m just going to be completely transparent and frank — is that only about 10 percent of the agents that enrolled really dug in. And you guys, of course, are some of those, right? You’re here. I see the same names every Thursday. But it’s, like I said, about 10, maybe 15 percent of the entire community that initially was interested. So we just didn’t feel right continuing to charge folks for basically infotainment — or maybe they just forgot that they were paying, you know what I mean, right?
[3:48] So we came to the decision that while Allusional is now run by Tom and Tim, you still have the ability to refer businesses, you still have the ability to work with associations. There is no longer a for-sale option for referring additional new agents. You can work with Tom and Tim to come to an arrangement there, but we are no longer taking money for the Small Business Advantage course — even the dollar for Platinum members with their essentially sub or referred accounts. Doesn’t mean you can’t do it. It just means that Brian is no longer running the course to onboard and train new agents. So if you take someone under your wing, it would be your wing.
[4:43] We will be ceasing Thursday calls and there will be changes to the members area. The training material will still be there, but we will be, like I said, removing the ability to get a referral link to sell this to other folks. Any questions so far? If you have any questions about your sales, your leads, your marketing materials, compliance, anything — that is now handled by Allusional Operations, so you can simply email support@Allusional.com. This is the same email address that you would go to for support on your own Allusional benefits accounts.
[5:26] Okay, so Tim is still in charge of running all of the association side. He’s just now taking over helping with individual agent sales as well. So Tom and Tim are at your disposal there. “Do we still have to hit a thousand members to start earning $7 per member?” Yes, that is the policy that was established by Allusional. Yes. If you did not upgrade your account when you joined to be a Platinum member, the commission increase — as far as I know, Allusional sets their own commission rules right now. But in my conversation with the separation, the buyout from Brian, there was no conversation about changing the commission structure.
[6:17] Yeah, this was in no way a way to — like, we wanted very much to not impact the agents, right? I’ve spent the past almost a year teaching everything there is to learn about promoting, selling, marketing this opportunity to businesses. All of that training will still be available to you. We’ve really kind of reached the capstone of what there is to teach, right? It was, as you know — you’ve been here — it was getting to be kind of filler, or reiterating or reviewing things for folks who maybe jumped in later. So because we have the library of training that will still be available to you, any questions that come in to me for support, I would just refer back to the members area and past training. But we will be wrapping up. This will be our last Thursday call.
[7:24] There is an Allusional Facebook page for customers and members, like a public page. But anything specific to your sales, your marketing, your account, etc. — we do ask that you just simply, instead of getsupport.biz, you just talk to support@Allusional.com.
📌 Q&A — Commissions, Agent Access, Training, and What Stays the Same
[8:00] Vanessa: All right, in the spirit of not keeping folks on the phone and stealing their time — I am here to answer any questions, but that’s all I’ve got for today is just to update you on that. Again, no more $197, effective immediately. We’re just going to get rid of all of that. Yes, you still retain the ability to refer business. Yes, your affiliate links, your agent links, they remain unchanged. Your portal access is all there. The membership area with the training will still be there. Who is at support@Allusional.com? I believe Tim is monitoring that. Tom and Tim are now running the show at support@Allusional.com.
[8:45] Any questions? Don’t want to leave anybody hanging. All right, I’m gonna give it a few more. “Do we still get paid monthly for all memberships we refer?” Absolutely yes, Jared — commissions still, that’s handled by Allusional. That was always an Allusional system. Definitely. Yep. You’re very welcome, Guy. Let’s see. And I am seeing some questions about referring business to FinTitan and FICA. If you are interested in that, we can make sure you’ve got an NDA signed, and if not, get you one. So send me a ticket at getsupport.biz and I can work with you about that.
[9:51] Wendy, don’t miss me — hang out with me. You know we have webinars all the time. “No new agents to be recruited, those in process check with Tim.” Correct. I can’t say that Allusional won’t allow you to recruit more agents. I can only say that we are no longer selling or adding new members to the Small Business Advantage course. Okay, so the function for recruiting agents previously was you had to sell them an agent course because they had to pay for the training, etc., from myself and Brian and team, right? So Platinum agents were given a link to sell it for a dollar and then non-Platinum agents, the course was sold full price, okay? Because Small Business Advantage is resolving, the methodology for recruiting or training or having additional agents will be at the determination completely of Allusional. So if you have questions about that, simply email support@Allusional.com. We are turning off the product Small Business Advantage. You will not be charged and it will not be sold or enrolling new Small Business Advantage members. Because previously, the only way to be an Allusional agent was to be a Small Business Advantage course holder, right?
[11:18] “Is Allusional going to be doing any training meetings?” I don’t know. Kenneth, that is a great question that will be managed by Allusional. We won’t be. Brian and Small Business Advantage won’t be having any more training, right? They — Allusional knows all of the agents. Of course, we have a list of the agents. You can reach out to them and request support, absolutely. But they did not communicate with me about any organized or structured recurring training. But if you have questions, they are there to support you.
[12:02] “Will we have access to the past recorded calls?” Yes, the membership area will remain open. I will be adjusting content to remove training on recruiting other agents, right? But yes, the past calls will be available. Yeah, and I will stay on this call with you guys today to answer any questions that you’ve got. But today will be our last Small Business Advantage call.
📌 Small Batch System — The Ongoing Home for Vanessa’s Training
[13:14] Vanessa: Donald says, “We’ll miss you mightily. What are we to do for our weekly Vanessa fix?” Not to cross-promote myself, but we do have — we’re in Small Batch System training, which is training focusing on cold email marketing for lead generation, either for yourself, your services, or to sell other products too. Many of you are aware of the Small Batch System. If you’re not, I can give you information to help you get set up on that training. It’s every Monday at 11 a.m. It is also the pathway — the only way to be a FinTitan agent is to be a Small Batch System member. So if you are interested in that, yeah, just send me a ticket at getsupport.biz. We can get you set up and you can still hang out with me every Monday, 11 a.m. And I do those calls from Peachtree City with Brian. Sometimes he pops in — that’s always fun. But we do cameras on Monday. On Thursdays, I work from home and I’ll say, I don’t have a webcam on my home computer, which is true. But I also don’t do my makeup on work-from-home days.
[14:35] Well, if you want to hang out, yes, I can hook you up with Monday, a Small Batch System. “I need that info.” Ticket — getsupport.biz. Go to www.getsupport.biz, open a ticket, reference “Small Batch System,” and I can get you set up.
[15:12] Yeah, so on Small Batch — the reason most of you are familiar is because there’s just a really great crossover. Using Small Batch cold email marketing training to generate business for Allusional was a key focus, also with a focus on the FinTitan marketing for the tax credits. We’ve got FICA, R&D, we’re testing the tariff reimbursement program. That’s as deep as I can get into without — Brian does require NDAs for FinTitan agents. But I can share that it’s public information at fintitan.com, what we service. So we’ve got a lot of crossover there because it focuses on cold email outreach, building from a cold list into a warm, engaged, marketable audience. But a lot of the marketing training we did was around Allusional and FinTitan. We also talk about general marketing information and training — so not just cold email. We expand because after you get a new client with cold email, they have you service them. So we do have what we call revenue generators. Allusional was one of the revenue generators. Once you get a customer with cold email, what do you sell them? Or if you’re trying to refer leads for Allusional, how do you do it? You do it with cold email. That’s the tie-in between Small Batch System and Allusional and FinTitan. It is a general marketing course with a focus primarily on absolute freezing ice-cold email outreach, to doing it in a compliant and effective way. So yeah, if you’re interested in that kind of training, like I said, we meet Mondays at 11. I can definitely get you that information.
📌 Closing Remarks — Looking Ahead and What’s Coming from Brian and Vanessa
[17:17] Vanessa: All right, everybody. I think that will do it. It’s been quite a fun journey. I’ve really had a great time with y’all every week and building out this system. I hope we stay in touch. If you need anything, you can come to getsupport.biz at any time, talk to me, any questions you’ve got. Allusional specific — either your own Allusional benefits package or sales, marketing, etc. — please go to support@Allusional.com. I just don’t have the bridge anymore. Brian and I just aren’t working operationally with Allusional. We still support them, still endorse them — absolutely great guys. But like I said, we just — the engagement, the interest of Brian’s community — the folks who are digging in and loving it are doing amazing. Like you’ve heard about the Tavern League, you’ve heard about the lawn organization, you’ve heard about the churches and everybody that we’ve worked with. The folks who love this program are teeth-dug-in and they’re all in. But it just came down to our integrity. We didn’t want to take money from folks that we weren’t able to provide value to. And so folks who weren’t really working the program, not coming to training calls, things like that — we didn’t want to let that die on the vine. We wanted to jump in, do the right thing, and wrap that up.
[19:01] Donald, thank you. Brian actually walked through my office, Donald, while you and I were talking. He was like “ah, I recognize that voice.” He wanted to make sure you’re doing good.
[19:11] “Is Slack being shut down?” It already was, Alfred, actually. Allusional opted to no longer have a Slack channel about the same time that I personally left the operations for Allusional, about four months ago, because I was needed over at FinTitan. So Brian stayed a partner, but I was no longer running operations. I was just managing training here with you guys, agent management. And when I separated, they removed the Slack communication channel.
[19:58] All right, all right, everybody. We’re never going to stop trying to help be a part of your success. You will continue to get emails from me and Brian with information. Hold on, Donald — I think you mean FinTitan. Send me that ticket and I can get you the links. I’m typing and I’m talking. Yeah, absolutely. Yes.
[20:34] Yeah, like I said, we are never going to stop working towards your success. I’ve got some coals in the fire. I’ve been working on something with a developer — you know, in all my spare time for the past few months — doing some split testing that has really knocked my socks off. So this is a Brian and Vanessa exclusive project. This is not a revenue generator where we have found, like Jeff Hershey’s Leadsly, and we’re coming to you and sharing Jeff’s offer. I have been working directly with the developer. Brian and I have been building out the systems and testing it. I’ll tell you this — I’ll tease this. We were able to generate 59 hot, interested contacts for an offer using this system in just three weeks. So from ice cold to 59 people actively having conversations with us to move forward. I can’t tell too much, but that’s what I’ve also been working on, so do keep an ear to the ground on that.
[21:59] Kenneth, I’m not sure — I’m not privy to the Allusional inner staffing, but I texted her this morning, so I can’t really speak to Bethany’s continued involvement. But I did talk to her about having this call today, so I’m still talking to her, right? It’s Tommy’s daughter, so.
[22:22] All right, so here’s to the future, here’s to your success. Go forth. If you are still working with Allusional, that’s incredible. If you were here hanging out and paying $197 just to talk to me every week — thank you, I’m very flattered. But our focus — you’ll probably hear me say this — if you haven’t heard it 100 times on this call, you’ll hear it 1,000 times on other ones. I’m not in the business of asking you to spend money in ways that don’t directly benefit you, your business. I’ll never ask for — never a high-pressure sales call to “go buy this widget.” And we’re not in the business of taking your money if we aren’t delivering value. So that was really the impetus behind the decision to let Tom and Tim take it over — because we want to help you focus on what’s working for you and not what’s not, right? But yeah, there’s absolutely a way to continue to receive coaching. But let’s make sure that the coaching you’re getting from me and Brian is the stuff that really moves the needle on your business and what you’re doing. And because really it comes down to the bottom line, and that line is on your check register, right? I never want us to be a liability, only an asset.
[23:47] Okay. Well, thank you so much for your time and all your energy and attention. I, of course, will help you in any way I can, always — getsupport.biz. If there’s anything about Allusional — that’s support@Allusional.com. For the folks that I see popped in late, you can do the recap. But I do want to end with the sentiment that effective immediately today, as soon as I hang up this call, what we’re doing is all the $197s for all of you — they’re getting set to zero. So nothing changes with your ability to refer deals. That is still alive and active. All that changes is that we won’t be having these Thursday calls. And the new agent sales course — the ability to sell Small Business Advantage to someone else for a commission and to recruit an agent — is closing down because the course is no longer available for purchase. And that’s it.
[24:36] Thank you, Guy and Kenneth and Donald and Alfred and all of these names that I see week after week after week. I hope I see you often, Wendy and Jared. I appreciate you so, so much. Don’t be a stranger, stay in touch and we’ll talk to you all soon. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.
