[0:01] Vanessa: Happy Friday thank you so much for joining us on a Friday morning instead of our normal Thursday morning but it is definitely worth the wait because we have the amazing Tommy Fry here with us. Tommy can you hear me?
[0:15] Tommy: I can Vanessa, how do I sound okay?
[0:19] Vanessa: Crystal Clear our illustrious CEO of Illusional is here to help us talk about overcoming the objections. I think it's an easy gig, right Tommy? You just start talking about a list of people. This is a really easy sell. So objections that we've the common objections we've heard we're gonna we're gonna go a few over a few of those here and uh give you some really good uh ways to overcome those. Fantastic.
[0:43] Vanessa: So I'm um I'll drive through I've got a few slides just um the real basic objections we'll talk about then we're going to open it up to the floor for any objections you may have heard guys out there. I don't know if y'all are noticing it too. GoToWebinar has a new interface, so thank you for your patience with me as I figure out how to chat with you.
[1:03] Vanessa: So if everybody could just send a chat message so I can make sure I see them and I know how to answer.
[1:09] Vanessa: Brian Wade is saying, Tommy, that's the best audio quality we've ever had with you. That's amazing.
[1:17] Vanessa: Yeah, so it looks like we've got an open chat where everybody can see, but then we also have questions that will be submitted. That's cool. I'll be hopping back and forth between the two while we let Tommy take it away. So are we ready for our first slide, Tommy? I think so.
🔥 Common Objections & How to Overcome Them
📌 “We Already Have Health Insurance”
[1:30] Tommy: Let's go ahead and just get started. Yeah. So one of the first things we hear is, oh, we already have health insurance. Why do we need this? Well, with any health insurance, if I'm an employee, if I have insurance and I'm paying for it, what does that look like if I get sick, right? Let's talk about that scenario. Well, to either make an appointment with my primary care physician or I have to try to walk in. If I try to walk in, the chances of getting in are usually pretty slow. It takes a long time for me to do that and I end up sitting in the waiting room for hours. Otherwise, I'll wait two or three days to get in for an appointment. The benefit of having telehealth is it's 24-7 instant access to somebody that can help you with whatever it is that you got going on. This is not going to place, major medical place. That's not what this is for. This is for those instances to keep you out of the emergency room and to keep you outside of the we call them the dock in the box, right? The med first and those things that cost so much money. So that is the easiest way that I found to overcome the fact that we already have health insurance. Why do we need this? So it's a supplement to help you, um, kind of mitigate some of the costs that come along with the emergency room visits and the time. My gosh.
[2:44] Vanessa: All right, so we've got basically everything that Tommy just said, it's a supplement, doesn't have to be a replacement, got unlimited mental. It's not just allusion, it was not just telehealth, right, zero copays, dental and vision discounts and reduced out of pocket costs and it doesn't say it here, but in that category, the prescription health, the reduction in costs and prescriptions.
[3:15] Tommy: Right, you have the dental and vision discounts that you see there and again the zero co-pay. If I have insurance you know kind of kind of piggybacking on that. If I have insurance I'm paying a co-pay that you know that I'm having to pay whenever I go and see the doctors and you know they may have part-time or seasonal employees that don't get benefits. So that's another benefit. If you've offered insurance maybe your seasonal or part-time employees don't have that so this is another thing you can add, you know, to entice more people to come and work for you. Absolutely. And then again, the additional benefits. We also have the, uh, the A. D. D. The $10,000 accidental death and dismemberment, which is, which is pretty important to, you know, a lot of the trades we found.
[3:58] Vanessa: Oh, yeah, my husband, when he heard that, because I mean, insurance is life insurance term and hole and all that. It's incredibly expensive, and he's just like 10 grand. I mean, that's awesome. I didn't think that it would resonate so strongly with him, but he was very impacted by, Oh, I can. This can help take care of my family, right? Right.
